Our Approach
All our qualified therapists operate from a Person Centred base. In a nutshell, this means that we believe that you, as our clients, have your own answers and it's our role to help you find them.
We work on the principles of confidentiality, non-judgement, honesty and empathy and will do our utmost to ensure you feel you are in a safe and supportive space to share and discover whatever you need to.
We also believe that clients need the right counsellor for them, and consequently, each therapist will have their own techniques, tools and additional approaches which can be adapted to the client.
